Refund and Returns Policy

My refund and returns policy lasts 90 days. If 90 days have passed since your delivery, I can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. The buyer (you) will pay for return shipping- I’m just one bun and can’t afford to 🙁

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in an undamaged condition (excluding non-accidental failure) and packed securely.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Any item purchased at sale price.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 90 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This process can take multiple days depending on your method of payment.

If your refund is late or missing:

  • First check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact me at mochi@bwunny.dev.

Exchanges

I will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send me an email at mochi@bwunny.dev. An exchange may not be guaranteed depending on add-ons like custom designs or inventory.

Shipping returns

Shipping information available on request and proof of receipt. I don’t wanna give out my apartment address on a public website >.<
